We also have a Brand new build - listing is a mile north with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths - both with heated pools!
Fee to heat the pool is $50.00 per night and must give Owner notice in advance to have pool ready upon arrival. Please advise when booked if you want the pool heated for your stay!
Please advise if you need the pool fence put up prior to arrival - Also if crib needed please advise so it can be set up prior to arrival as well.
You will have access to the entire house - two car garage and fenced back yard!
