The holiday room is located in a detached house, built in 2000 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Keszthely. The holiday room is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
BALKES007 (4 + 2P) and BALKES 049 (4 + 1P) are in the same house.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire. Sender in German and English language.

Pool
Outdoor pool (2 m x 4 m, depth 1.2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of September.
