Its location is superb, just minutes from the city, with trams and trains only moments away. Fitrzoy can be described as the love child of Soho and Greenwich Village because of its great location, shops, galleries and personality.
Soho52 is a genuine walk to the city, MCG, Rod Laver arena and sporting precincts, museum, and parklands. On your doorstep are so many great restaurants, cafes and shops.
The free city circle tram is only a short stroll away and will take you to many popular locations such as Federation Square, the aquarium, the museum, Southbank, Casino, and Docklands.

You are very welcome to enquire about 2 night bookings, but we cannot always accommodate short bookings.
Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events,are allowed at the accommodation. Excessive noise in the immediate area of the accommodation including the street, garden and balconies will also not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to your rental being terminated with no refund of fees. We hope you can understand the reasons for this.
