Enjoy the tranquility right on the Elbe. The property was renovated and refurbished in 2014/2015. Underfloor heating in all rooms. On the ground floor there is the large living and dining room with more than 20 m² including a large flat screen TV with satellite reception and a feel-good couch. The 2nd Bedrooms on the upper floor can be reached via a historic steel staircase from the 19th century. From there you have a wonderful view of the Elbe and the green slopes of the Elbe beyond. You can use a large sep. Use the terrace to linger, sunbathe and relax.
You live in a historic building - in an extension of a listed villa, which was built in 1876 by the Chemnitz machine manufacturer and railway pioneer Richard Hartmann as a retirement and relaxation center. The property was completely renovated in 2014/2015.
