Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was located in a quiet street. I was in the downstairs accomodation. The bed was comfortable. The Lock Box system on arrival was user friendly. It was adequate size for one or two people. Basic amenities supplied was sufficient as I spent most of my dayand evening at the Event function that took me to Rotorua.

Negative: I was downstairs but the upstairs accomodation was noisy- the guests weren't noisy, it was poor flooring insulation. The upstairs tennants had late guests after I got back to my room downstairs and I could hear the upstairs tenants talking and laughing, you know that muffled talk sound when someone's just in the nxt room? But they were upstairs!I could hear the upstairs beds or lounge chairs squeaked annoyingly everytime someone sat or moved! A roughly gutted short driveway into the carport, tightly squeezed lawn area to park on and shared space with upstairs tenants.... And when you first walk in the front door you could smell that musty stale smell like somethings been damp and never dried out properly....
