For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.
Exterior:
- A private 8mx4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump. It is open all year round and has an alarm as well as a secure fence.
- The terrace around the pool is 40 m² and has six deckchairs and an outdoor shower with room-temperature water.
- The upstairs terrace is 58.5 m² and features a table, garden furniture (sofas and armchairs) and two hammocks.
- A wooded plot bordering the house and pool
The house is located 900 m from Pointe du Bout, with an accessible shuttle to Fort-de-France, Anse Mitan beach, as well as restaurants and food shops.
Activities :
La Pointe du Bout is a lively tourist area, offering a marina, a Creole village with numerous shops (including a pharmacy) and restaurants. You'll also find a wide range of services: car and boat rentals, catamaran outings, diving, windsurfing and kite-surfing clubs, and jet skis. Anse MITAN beach is 900m from the house.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles is available.
