The property is well located in the heart of San Juan in the sector of Santurce in the neighborhood of Miramar. Most points of interest in the city are within 5-10 min. drive including Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, Isla Verde, and Luis Marin International Airport.

Our studio is fully equipped with everything you may need to feel comfortable. Fully stocked, retro kitchen with electric stovetop/oven, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic provisions. Various bath towels and two beach towels are provided for use during your stay as well as access to a portable beach chair.
