This beautiful house is located in Pleherel Plage not far from the beautiful sandy beach "Plage de l’Anse du Croc".
It is an old stone house from 1818, which was tastefully renovated in 2017 - It combines the charm of an old building with the comfort of a modern house and is quiet, very idyllic on the outskirts of the village.
Behind the house there is a large enclosed garden with a variety of fruit trees (cherry, apple and pear trees) and a large grill.

The nearest beach (Plage de l’Anse du Croc) can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot (approx. 800m).
Furthermore, the beach "Plage Grèves d’en Bas" about 2km away is a very good spot for surfing.
