Our Le Temps Des Vacances team offers this beautiful air-conditioned apartment, with a living room overlooking a pleasant, wooded, fenced garden in a quiet residence. Air conditioning is located in the living room. A private garage completes the property. The bedroom has a 140 x 190 double bed. The living room has a 140 x 190 sofa bed. For amenities, there is a shower room with a separate toilet. Outside, there is a private garden with a table, chairs, and a plancha grill. A very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before moving in and no later than two weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
