Spacious, modernized holiday apartment in in the courtyard of a beautifully renovated old building with 4 sleeping rooms and a total of 8 beds directly at Theresienwiese in the most beautiful district Isarvorstadt. The Metro “Poccistrasse” is only 200 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to get to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt and 7 minutes to main station. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants as well as galleries and the Isar, my favorite spot, are within walking distance. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a big private patio in the courtyard. A parking space in the courtyard can be rented for a fee. High quality shower room with rainshower / WC and a second WC. Professional cleaning. The interior is a mixture of old and new design classics, modern lighting concepts and unique and individually manufactured furniture.
Each sleeping room has a king size bed, which can easily be transformed single beds, ), a small private terrace, towels, dryer, cable TV, internet, music players and a wonderful board game.

The location of Theresienwiese is perfect for city trips because it is in-between of the old town, the main station and the scene-districts. Also the most trendy district "Glockenbach" or the Isar are only a 10 minutes-walk away.
