This detached house accommodates eight people and exudes a warm, rural atmosphere. You will stay in the Frisian village of Noordwolde, a special location where three provinces meet. Noordwolde is known as the "reed village" because of its long tradition in the reed weaving industry. Visit the National Braiding Museum and learn about this craft during a workshop in the braiding café. The surroundings are perfect for relaxation and adventure, with vast natural areas perfect for hiking, biking or horseback riding. Just 6.5 kilometers away is Frederiksoord, a historic village known as the site of the Trial Colony. For water fun, visit the Spokedam swimming lake, just 350 meters away, where you can swim or play beach volleyball. The outdoor swimming pool, 500 meters from the house, also offers plenty of opportunity for refreshment and recreation. In short, Noordwolde and its surroundings offer everything for a versatile and relaxing stay.

The vacation home is located on a spacious lot in Noordwolde. The living room is furnished with a sitting area with sofa, television and free wifi. Here you will also find a dining table with eight dining chairs. Noordwolde is very central and close to many beautiful places. Heerenveen, Steenwijk, Dwingeloo and Appelscha are all within easy reach and great for a day out. Fancy a day on the water? Then visit Giethoorn, which is also known as the beautiful Venice of the North. In Giethoorn, you have several options when it comes to water sports: rent a canoe or a whisper boat and discover the area from the water or choose to be guided through this beautiful area by canal boat. There is also plenty for children to do here. Tips are Duinen Zathe in Appelscha, Ballorig in Heerenveen, the Orchideeën Hoeve in Luttelgeest or IJsstadion Thialf.
